Your New Role
The Campaign Management Coordinator oversees the end-to-end creation and delivery of thousands of marketing assets each year for HBO/HBOMax across linear, streaming, social, paid media, and off-channel platforms. Partnering with internal producers, agencies, and vendors, this role ensures all assets move seamlessly through production while aligning with the Originals Marketing team on campaign timelines and milestones. By managing this process, the coordinator plays a critical role in keeping promotional video assets and marketing campaigns on schedule, on budget, and optimized for every distribution platform.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Manage all campaign timelines, milestones, and key beats across all campaigns.
- Schedule, run and recap various production, strategy, and tactical meetings.
- Meet with various programming/production teams and disseminate all status updates to the wider team.
- Work with Originals Marketing, Marketing A/V, Promo Planning and Scheduling on campaign promo strategy.
- Manage and track asset timelines, design needs, content restrictions, platform requests, and end-to-end delivery of all assets.
- Main liaison for agencies, overseeing asset workflows with Marketing A/V and post-production vendors to meet deadlines and delivery requirements.
- Partner with the finishing team and Marketing A/V to finalize all core deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience...
- A minimum of 2 years relevant project management experience in the media/entertainment field
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com and/or Airtable
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and flexibility
- Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice
- Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface at senior levels within and outside the organization
- Knowledge of post-production concepts
- Experience with paid advertising and new media platforms preferred
