En Warner Bros. Discovery estamos buscando un/a BOC Operator (temporal) para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Broadcast Operations. Esta posición será responsable de monitorear y garantizar la correcta emisión de señales de televisión, asegurando la continuidad operativa de los contenidos y brindando soporte ante eventuales incidencias técnicas en transmisiones grabadas y en vivo.
Responsabilidades de su puesto
- Opera señales de video mediante un sistema automático de emisión, controlando el horario de emisión, la presencia y niveles de video, audio, subtitulados, logotipos de identificación, tonos de comando remotos y otros efectos y eventos secundarios, realizando los cambios en el listado de emisión necesarios para corregir los desajustes, errores o problemas detectados y para adecuar la duración de eventos y bloques de eventos para mantener la programación de acuerdo a la cronología planificada o establecida siguiendo las instrucciones de su supervisor o jefe.
- Efectúa controles en la salida de emisión y también en la recepción satelital; para determinadas señales cuenta con el apoyo de alarmas de fallas de audio y video.

- Conmutación a equipos de respaldo mediante sistemas electrónicos.
- Cambios de contenido por material de emergencia previsto a tal efecto.
- Activación o desactivación manual de dispositivos.
- Cambio de fuente de video a servidor alternativo y/o fuentes externas.
- Redireccionamiento de canales de audio.
- Cambio de eventos en la lista de emisión.
Cualificaciones y experiencia
- Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en posiciones similares dentro de áreas de broadcasting, operaciones de emisión, master control o entornos audiovisuales.
- Conocimiento de procesos de transmisión y monitoreo de señales de video y audio.
- Capacidad para identificar, analizar y resolver incidencias operativas en tiempo real.
- Experiencia trabajando con procedimientos operativos y escalamiento de incidentes.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de monitoreo operativos.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y tomar decisiones rápidas ante situaciones críticas.
- Perfil detallista, organizado y con buenas habilidades de comunicación.
