Your New Role
As an Account Manager within the Post-Sales team, you will take full ownership of the delivery and performance of client campaigns across Warner Bros. Discovery's portfolio. Working closely with the Partnerships Director and cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless execution, high client satisfaction, and strong commercial outcomes across all platforms. The role reports to Partnerships Director (Account Management).

Your Role Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end delivery, management, and performance tracking of closed deals across linear, digital, web, and social platforms.
- Act as the primary post-sales point of contact, coordinating legal, compliance, finance, scheduling, digital, and social teams to ensure seamless execution under tight deadlines.
- Manage all aspects of deal delivery including contracting, creative approvals, compliance, billing, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure campaigns meet client objectives while aligning with broader commercial and business goals, identifying optimisation opportunities where applicable.
- Maintain accurate deal set-up, reporting, and status tracking through internal systems and partnerships documentation.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to Executives and Senior Executives, supporting development, delegation, and delivery quality across the post-sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in media or broadcast, gained within media agencies, media owners, commercial operations, or client-side roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of client objectives and how to deliver against them.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data, reporting, and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
