What you'll do...

We're looking for a Work Authorization Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team and help support a critical compliance function. This role focuses on reviewing and remediating I-9 forms to ensure accuracy and compliance across the business. You'll operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and serve as a key partner to the field, providing support through a shared team inbox and working proactively to identify and resolve issues.

You'll Make an Impact By:

  • Using analytics, strategy, and implementation to enhance the employee and field experience
  • Reviewing remediation dashboards and field alerts for incomplete or incorrect I-9s
  • Managing a high volume of data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting the team inbox to resolve field questions and I-9 issues
  • Building partnerships across teams to ensure I-9 documentation is completed accurately and in compliance
  • Communicating insights and updates effectively to drive alignment and accountability
  • Contributing to a strong team culture rooted in learning, inclusion, and shared success

What You'll Need:

  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong work ethic and comfort with repetitive, detail-driven work
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with compliance and/or immigration-related processes
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
  • Background in analytics or data-driven environments

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00-$45.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
