(USA) Manager, Creative- Senior Integrated Producer
Position Summary...
In this role, you are an expert at matching the right skills and talent to deliver brand campaigns. Your experience and knowledge allow you to identify, communicate, and alleviate downstream challenges and interdependencies with partner and stakeholder teams. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels-from entry-level to executive-and collaborating with a wide range of creative professionals and outputs.
You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and partner closely with creative directors, designers, account managers, project managers, post-production teams, and sample management to deliver results. You help bring creative concepts and campaigns to life across various channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling, superior results, and delivery on time and within budget.
What you'll do...
- Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion.
- Bid, hire, and manage all production partners for content projects within an in-house agency structure.
- Oversee shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital content as the primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects.
- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make tradeoffs while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work with in-house legal and business teams to create contracts, secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.
- Communicate project status regularly and clearly with stakeholders.
- Continuously review production processes to enhance effectiveness.
- Implement repeatable processes to help the team manage multiple parallel projects efficiently.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a senior producer with expertise in scripted video/motion, print, social, and advertising.
- 3+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
- In-house agency experience is a plus.
- Extensive contacts in photography, video, and post-production industries.
- Online portfolio demonstrating experience solving production-related challenges across various media.
- Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle-from in-camera capture to multi-channel deployment.
- Deep knowledge of post-production processes and resources for stills, video, animation, and digital.
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of photo, video, and animation work.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Education
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing or creative agencies; in-house experience preferred.
- Background in the Marketing, Retail, or eCommerce industry.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
