Specialist, Inbound Transportation
About the Role
As a Specialist in Inbound Transportation, you will provide world class customer service while supporting carriers, suppliers in support of Inbound Transportation. You'll play a key role in supporting supplier order routing, carrier scheduling, communicating across teams, and a broad range of issue resolution.
What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Supplier & Associate Support
- Provide customer service to suppliers, carriers, and associates by answering questions, resolving issues.
- Support associates with operational needs and project execution.
Lead Operational Excellence
- Assist suppliers and carriers in following established processes.
- Participate in and lead team efforts by sharing resources, coordinating work assignments, and supporting change initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers and business partners to develop and implement process improvements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
