Position Summary...

We're looking for a detail-oriented Specialist to join our Wage Garnishment team within Payroll Services. This role is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills and customer service experience while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You'll play a key part in managing sensitive financial information and supporting a critical function that directly impacts associates across the organization.

About Payroll Services - Wage Garnishment Team
Our Payroll Services department ensures accurate and timely compensation for our associates, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Wage Garnishment team specifically handles complex withholding processes and acts as a liaison between internal partners, external agencies, and third-party vendors. This position supports the team's goal of safeguarding compliance and delivering a seamless associate experience.

What you'll do...

  • Manage compliance with federal, state, and local wage garnishment laws and regulations
  • Analyze reports and process garnishment orders accurately and on time
  • Handle escalated service issues, including calls with attorneys and plaintiffs
  • Support data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Manage system access, equipment requests, and documentation to maintain security standards

What you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, customer service, or benefits administration
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
