What you'll do:
- Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, aligning work with customer needs and business priorities.
- Execute diagnostic techniques and programming methods to provide proactive solutions and ensure system effectiveness.
- Perform specialized programming projects, adapting building control strategies to support sustainability and energy reduction goals.
- Communicate progress and coordinate with managers, coworkers, and customers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support continuous improvement and adaptation to new challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
- Model compliance with company policies, promoting safety, integrity, and ethical standards.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting building management systems.
- Strong knowledge of building performance optimization and sustainability initiatives through control strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement proactive solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce costs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers while providing expert advice and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management to support business processes and reporting.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
