As a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance - Footwear you will have the incredible opportunity to be a champion for our customers, witnessing the products you work on come to life both in stores and online. Collaborating closely with designers, product developers, global sourcing associates, safety and compliance managers, merchants, and leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Private Brand products consistently deliver exceptional quality and value to our valued customers. As a trusted quality expert with a strong textile technical background, you will provide invaluable guidance to the team, empowering them to take the necessary actions and develop their capabilities. - You are comfortable managing multiple suppliers with textile and quality responsibility.
- You are data savvy: you can analyze performance, understand trends, and translate results into improvement plans.
- You are tenacious, dedicated and thrive working with ownership, autonomy, and are a true collaborator.
- Being an excellent business partner: you will work closely with Sourcing leaders and Merchants to create plans that contribute to the strategy including selecting suppliers to work with, through to assuring consistent quality for our customers.
- Building relationships: you'll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, business partners and other internal customers.
- Making decisions: you'll make decisions about textiles quality from supplier approval to clear specifications that detail our requirements.
- Designing, developing, and launching products: you'll work with our internal customers Product Development and Sourcing teams to ensure we source the right product with consistent quality.
- Knowing your category: You'll know your customers and suppliers better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for the category.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
