What you'll do...
- Lead and automate third-party workflows Lead the end-to-end Third-Party Agreement (TPA) process across U.S. and international markets. Build smarter workflows using automation and AI to reduce manual steps and improve speed.
- Strengthen governance and surface insights Run quarterly reviews with Legal, Data Security, and Product teams. Identify gaps, share relevant insights, and help shape our product roadmap and resource planning.
- Create partner-friendly access and documentation Define clear partner personas and tailor agreement language to match. Make it easier for suppliers to self-serve and move quickly.
- Integrate across teams and tools Work with Product Operations to embed governance into the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with Engineering and Product to bring TPA workflows into supplier dashboards for real-time visibility.
What you'll bring...
- Experience in partner enablement 5+ years in partner operations, commercial enablement, or similar roles in data, ad-tech, or SaaS. You've scaled processes and built governance frameworks that work.
- Comfort with tools and data Hands-on experience with platforms like ServiceNow or Salesforce. You use data and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Cross Team leadership You know how to influence across Legal, Security, Product, and Sales-and lead change through process and tech.
- Distilling complexity into thoughtful insights You simplify complex topics and bring people along. You've led business reviews and turned insights into action.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
