About the Team
Our Marketplace team is focused on optimizing post-purchase experiences for both customers and sellers. This role plays a critical part in shaping returns policies and processes, driving improvements in satisfaction, compliance, and cost efficiency. You'll collaborate across product, operations, customer service, and policy teams to deliver scalable solutions.
What You'll Do…
- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end returns programs that improve customer satisfaction and seller compliance.
- Analyze return trends and root causes using data to identify opportunities for reducing avoidable returns.
- Build dashboards and performance metrics to monitor program impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline returns workflows and ensure policy compliance.
- Enable sellers with insights and tools to improve product quality and fulfillment practices.
- Collaborate with fraud, finance, and operations teams to mitigate losses from high-risk return patterns.
- Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, and operations to implement scalable solutions.
- Drive A/B testing and pilot programs to validate new approaches and refine policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, e-commerce, or marketplace roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time with measurable impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Experience in returns, reverse logistics, or fraud/risk management in e-commerce.
- Knowledge of marketplace seller dynamics and policies.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategy.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
