WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to be a key contributor within the Internal Consulting & Special Projects team. This team focuses on leading strategic initiatives to solve business challenges, ranging from operational to people based workstreams, to help shape our growth strategy in the immediate future.

As a Manager, you will own workstreams similar to those in management consulting, identifying and enabling transformation change across the business. • Data Proficiency: In a world with imperfect data and tight timelines, proficiency in Excel (or other tools) and modeling is required. This role will require you to be hypothesis-driven, often engaging with different data sets and models, to help make recommendations to guide and support WMC leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and build strong relationships with various departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and support the achievement of company objectives.
  • Business Connectivity and Implications: Strategically connect the dots between various business functions and priorities, ensuring a holistic understanding of how initiatives impact the overall business. Tie project outcomes back to tangible business implications and key performance indicators.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior-level stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities and drive consensus. Cultivate and maintain trust and rapport with senior level leadership with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives & prioritize accordingly: Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.
