Position Summary...
The Spark Trust and Safety Team is committed to the safety of our customers and contractors when using the Spark Driver Platform to perform and receive deliveries. The Fraud Operations team within Spark Trust and Safety is committed to identifying trends with personal information verification technology, driving change in fraud prevention implementations by creating analytics-based rules.
The Digital Identity team specializes in identity-related fraud vectors and reviewing biometric information to make determinations about driver eligibility.
What you'll do...
Operations Project Management
- Manages one or more operational work streams.
- Designs project plans and organizes timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitates stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement initiatives.
- Recommends operational processes and manages project requests.
- Communicates project status, timelines, and resource availability.
- Plans and executes resource allocation and delivers final outcomes.
- Identifies root causes and proposes data-driven solutions.

Decision Support & Data Analysis
- Sources, organizes, and interprets data to support decisions.
- Provides insights on current and future business trends.
- Conducts initiative analyses and translates findings into recommendations.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to align strategies with business goals.
Business Solutions Implementation
- Builds relationships with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Develops innovations and tools for site selection and methodology.
- Leverages best practices to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Ensures data accuracy and serves as a subject matter expert.
- Creates scorecards and tracking mechanisms for store activation.
- Drives execution through customer service and platform development.
Revenue & Cost Management
- Leads projects that generate revenue and reduce operational expenses.
- Applies business measures to identify improvement opportunities.
- Uses analytical methodologies to enhance business efficiency.
- Prioritizes assignments and ensures data accuracy.
Tool & Functionality Development
- Directs development of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing features.
- Provides expertise and solutions for complex, cross-functional problems.
- Partners with product, merchandising, engineering, and other teams.
Team Leadership & Compliance
- Supervises and develops associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Promotes a culture of recognition and belonging.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, ethics, and values.
- Supports the Open Door Policy and guides business process execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
