The team operates cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and elevate performance across business segments. Their purpose is to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer and associate experiences.

What you'll do...

  • Lead the implementation of new services and specialty drug launches in alignment with strategic company initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution across operational teams.
  • Partner with pharmacy staff and cross-functional teams to execute new programs, deploy technologies, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Design, implement, and monitor pharmacy workflows to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and support scalable service delivery.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams (Product, Technology, Clinical) and external partners (Payers, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Vendors), to ensure alignment and successful collaboration.
  • Champion patient safety, privacy, and service excellence, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.

What you'll bring...

  • Proven experience leading complex operational initiatives and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced healthcare or pharmacy environment.
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows, payer and pharma dynamics, and technology implementation best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building productive relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Commitment to patient-centric care, with a focus on safety, privacy, and service excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
