Position Summary...

Do you want to play a critical cross-functional role in a fast-growing channel of Walmart's ecommerce business?

The Manager, Marketplace Strategy & Business Operations will lead critical initiatives to drive the success of Marketplace, working cross-functionally across the entire Marketplace org, including category, seller success, fulfillment, business development, product, finance, and analytics.

• You have a passion for ecommerce and general understanding of large-scale multi-sided marketplaces (B2B2C)
• You can lead without authority, and foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
• You have strong executive presence and can deliver compelling presentations
• You have strong analytical skills, and can leverage data from multiple sources to develop insights and drive decision-making
• You act as a champion for sellers, customers, and associates.

You will make an impact by:

• Leading 0-1 Strategic Initiatives - leading cross-functional teams to deliver net new (tools, capabilities, processes, etc.), unlocking value for sellers, customers, associates, and the business
• Owning key forums/workstreams - Run relevant forums and processes that help teams deliver on our value proposition, including town halls, seller listening sessions, and other ongoing operations
• Coordinating deliverables across Marketplace & Ecommerce teams - deliver nuanced narratives, presentations, updates, and proposals to senior executives, often collating inputs from 10+ teams into a single cohesive POV
• Driving organizational change -Be passionate about the seller, be seller obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart. The ultimate objective for you is to drive organizational and cultural change at Walmart to ensure Marketplace delivers on its longer-term goals.

About the Team:

The Marketplace Strategy & Business Operations team drives Marketplace success by communicating actionable insights, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and solving critical business challenges. We are accountable partners, trusted advisors, and humble leaders.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 4 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
