- Lead Experience Squads: Drive strategy and execution across squads focused on online experiences, membership journeys, and services.
- Champion Innovation: Run ideation and prototyping sessions, embedding design thinking into everything we do.
- Create Seamless Journeys: Design experiences that connect digital and in-club touchpoints into one cohesive story.
- Partner to Scale Impact: Collaborate with Membership, Marketing, Operations, and Technology leaders to deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
- Grow Future Leaders: Mentor squad leads, building a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

What You'll Bring
- 8-12 years of experience in experience strategy, service design, or digital innovation.
- Proven success leading multi-squad design or strategy organizations.
- Deep knowledge of design thinking and user-centered design methods.
- Track record of delivering measurable member impact through digital, membership, or service experiences.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to align senior leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00-$370,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 8 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 10 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
5 years' supervisory experience.

Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
