Position Summary...

Join Sam's club and be a part of shaping the future of retail media. We're seeking a strategic and visionaryDirector of Product Managementto lead the evolution ofSam's Club MAP (Member Access Platform)-our proprietary retail media platform. This leader will define the product strategy and roadmap for MAP, driving innovation across our advertising technology ecosystem and delivering measurable value to our members and advertisers.

What you'll do...

  • Own and develop the product strategyfor Sam's Club MAP, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and member needs.
  • Define and lead the product roadmapfor Ad Tech capabilities including audience targeting, campaign execution, performance measurement, and optimization.
  • Lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and external partners to deliver scalable, privacy-conscious advertising solutions.

What You'll Bring...

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with a strong background inretail media, Ad Tech, or digital advertising platforms.
  • Proven success indefining and executing product strategy and roadmapsfor complex, data-driven platforms.
  • Demonstratedpeople leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and scaling product teams.
  • Deep understanding of advertising technologies including programmatic buying, DSPs, SSPs, and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
