Director, Controllership - ESG Reporting

About The Team
The ESG Reporting team is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring policies, processes and controls to ensure ESG disclosures meet a “Sox-like” level of control. The team partners with our ESG business to bring compliance and clarity to a broad, emerging field.
What You'll Do
- Document and enhance business processes by partnering with teams to elevate documentation to best-in-class standards.
- Oversee, assess, and design internal controls, ensuring quality and completeness while identifying opportunities for new controls.
- Lead process improvements, focusing on automation, reporting speed, and global governance implementation.
- Develop and deliver training tools and courses for global business partners, sharing expertise across teams.
- Build strategic relationships with markets and industry peers to drive change and maintain operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, designing, and testing internal controls within financial or operational processes.
- Working knowledge of ESG standards and frameworks, or a proven ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional, multi-national projects with high attention to detail.
- Experience driving accountability in project teams and delivering results at scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
