Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We're hiring an entry-level Industrial Engineer to support labor optimization and process improvement across store operations. It's a great opportunity for a recent grad with a background in motion and time studies to apply their skills in a hands-on, high-impact environment. You'll work with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, gaining real-world experience in workforce planning and operational efficiency. We're looking for someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in conducting time and motion studies to support the development and refinement of labor standards.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Support process mapping and documentation for various store departments.
  • Help create and maintain project documentation, including study designs, reports, and observations.
  • Participate in the testing and evaluation of new labor standards and process changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and field locations to gather data and assist in implementing process improvements.
  • Learn and apply workforce management tools and techniques to help improve productivity and service outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with safety, compliance, and company policies in all activities.

Learning & Development Opportunities

  • Work alongside experienced industrial engineers and gain hands-on exposure to engineered labor standards, WFM tools, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Participate in ongoing training in systems such as Logile, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, and others.
  • Gain experience with cross-functional collaboration and project execution in a large-scale operational environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Academic or project experience with motion/time studies or work measurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to MOST, work measurement software, or workforce management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or co-op experience in operations, retail, supply chain, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
