Why we're hiring

Our platform has grown quickly-from a single monolith to a constellation of services moving millions of dollars of freight every day. We're midway through an ambitious migration toward an event‑driven, microservice architecture powered by Golang, GCP, and a cutting‑edge LLM stack. To keep pace with customer demand, we're hiring senior engineers who can own problems end‑to‑end-from whiteboard to production-and who see AI as an accelerant rather than a novelty.

The impact you'll make
  • Design, build, and operate cloud‑native services and UIs that are used daily by shippers, carriers, and drivers.

  • Break down a legacy codebase into loosely‑coupled, event‑driven micro‑frontends and microservices without disrupting live operations.

  • Embed AI/LLMs (Vertex AI, open‑source models, agentic tools) to automate decision‑making and super‑charge developer productivity.

  • Champion engineering excellence by introducing robust testing strategies, CI/CD automation, performance monitoring, and security best practices.
  • Mentor and lead cross‑functional squads, instilling a culture of ownership, radical candor, and continuous learning.

What sets you up for success
Must‑haves:
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale.

  • Expert‑level Golang and TypeScript/JavaScript; ability to write idiomatic, testable code.

  • Proven experience migrating monoliths to microservices and designing event‑driven architectures in a major cloud provider (GCP preferred).

  • Deep knowledge of GKE/Kubernetes, container orchestration, observability, and zero‑downtime deployments.

  • Strong background in component‑driven front‑end engineering (Angular, Vue, React, or Svelte) and modern UX patterns.

  • Fluency with SQL schema design and data modeling for transactional & analytical workloads.

  • Track record of automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs/AI agents to boost velocity and solve novel problems.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication; able to align technical decisions with business outcomes.
Nice‑to‑haves:
  • Logistics, supply‑chain, marketplace, or fintech domain experience.

  • Exposure to SvelteKit or Vue 3 Composition API in production.

  • Contributions to open‑source, technical blogging, or public speaking.
  • Experience with event sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, or domain‑driven design.

How we work
  • Autonomy with accountability - small, mission‑focused squads own features from concept to customer value.

  • AI‑accelerated development - Copilot, Cursor, and our own agentic tools are part of the standard toolkit.

  • Continuous delivery mindset - trunk‑based Git flow, automated quality gates, and blue‑green or canary releases.
  • Blameless retrospectives - we learn, document, and iterate quickly.

Hiring Process
  • Intro call - 30min with Talent Partner

  • Technical deep‑dive - 90min pair‑architecture session (Golang + system design)

  • Cross‑functional onsite interview - meet product, design, and ops leaders

  • Culture & values - chat with CEO (45min)
