Job Description
The Director, Platform Product and Design is responsible for leading product management of the platform’s user experience (UX/UI), ensuring intuitive interfaces, workflow customization, and accessibility features. This role defines publication rules for agent outputs—including formatting standards, approval workflows, and branding guidelines—to guarantee professional and compliant deliverables. The Director collaborates on feature prioritization, user testing, and iterative design, making the platform seamless and consultant-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Experience Leadership: Own the end-to-end product management for platform UX/UI, focusing on intuitive design, workflow customization, and accessibility.
- Publication Standards: Define and enforce publication rules for agent outputs, including formatting standards, approval workflows, and branding guidelines to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
- Agent Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize platform agents based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- User Testing & Iterative Design: Lead user testing initiatives and champion iterative design processes to continuously improve platform usability and consultant experience.
- Workflow Optimization: Design and implement customizable workflows that enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
- Accessibility: Ensure platform features meet accessibility standards and are usable by a diverse range of users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with tech, engineering, design, and business teams to deliver seamless platform experiences.
- Consultant Enablement: Develop features and interfaces that support consultants in delivering value to clients efficiently and effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and drive ongoing enhancements to product and design.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Extensive experience in product management, UX/UI design, and platform development in technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to define and implement publication standards, approval workflows, and guidelines.
- Strong background in user testing, iterative design, and accessibility best practices.
- Demonstrated success in AI agent prioritization and collaboration with tech teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of digital trends, technology platforms, and user experience principles.
- Team player with a collaborative approach and commitment to developing talent.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 178,300.00 to 258,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
