Job Description
- Lead the consolidation and reporting of VAS business unit, across financials and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a finance business partner to VAS Go to Market team and VAS Cluster Heads, providing financial leadership and insights focusing on the execution of VAS strategy, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities within the VAS business.
- Lead and contribute to materials for executive management review with best clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of analysis (MBR, QBR’s, etc)
- Streamline and simplify FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, reducing cycle times and improving accuracy.
- Lead planning of key cycles collaborating with finance and business teams to ensure adequate planning of deliverables and key process dependencies.
- Leverage the latest technologies to automate financial processes, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting, to improve speed and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management and reporting
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, Power BI, Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint).
- Experience and willingness to learn with automation technologies and tools, such AI, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables.
