Job Description
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead large-scale, multi-year programs within the Data and AI Platform, with significant cross-functional and executive visibility. This role requires a seasoned program leader (12 to 15 years of experience) with a strong foundation in program governance, stakeholder management, Agile execution, and GenAI adoption to modernize delivery, governance, and decision-making.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 12-15 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced degree. 8+ years of experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master. 3+ years of experience in delivering large and complex programs 6+ years of experience with Jira, Jira Align, or other Agile delivery tools. 6+ years of experience with Clarity PPM and vendor management tools (e.g., FieldGlass). Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, or AI platform programs. Strong background in stakeholder management at Director, VP, and Executive levels. Experience driving GenAI adoption in program execution, reporting, or governance workflows. Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
