Job Description
Product Managers in Product Development/Management drive product strategy from conception and definition through implementation. They identify new business and market opportunities, create business plans, and determine market requirements for products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and image. The role functions as a central resource, interacting with internal teams and clients during product development, and formulates and executes long-term plans for implementation of the product lifecycle. Product Managers promote the use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.

About the team
The Card Receivables squad develops and operates the platform that powers the lifecycle of card-based receivables, enabling funding, collateral, and credit solutions across the financial ecosystem. Our cloud-native platform processes high-volume financial and regulatory events, connecting market participants through a scalable, compliant, and resilient infrastructure that drives innovation across financial product.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Card Receivables in Brazil, leading the mapping and integrations for the evolution of the platform to support use cases for registry entities.
- Support the development of the Brazilian receivable's strategy
- Ensure evolution of products and features, supporting current and new clients, as well as monitoring industry standards, market trends and tech innovations. Mapping needs, insights and feedback from our clients, prospects and market.
- As Product Manager, support the squad's product vision, developing the product roadmap, aiming the delivery of value to clients (current and future) and to Pismo Strategy;
- Structuring and improving product solutions throughout their entire life cycle, from their conception to the evolution of the service, from a technical and business perspective.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, using appropriate criteria for recommendations and decisions about priorities and team allocation in developments.
- Work together with engineering, discuss products and prioritization, based on agile methods to deliver value in a continuous and increasing way.
- Cooperate and work together with other teams to develop "cross squad" solutions with dependencies and greater scale.
- Work closely with the internal areas to understand customer requirements. Assist and support product operation and customer engagement.
- Ensure product scalability, including non-functional aspects such as integrity, resilience and scalability; together with the engineering team
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
For this role, you must be based in Brazil
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English at B1 level or above ( Intermediate)
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Experience with Card Receivables in the Brazilian market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product management, product ownership, business process analysis.
- Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.
- Experience developing software capabilities to support sales, service, or customer relationship management functions.
- Experience in managing and implementing complex projects directly or through supervision.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to implement and assess operational impact of process changes.
- Experience soliciting and translating user feedback to inform product development.
- Experience driving product development with high velocity and quality.
- Experience in project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices such as Agile.
- Experience leading large Scrum teams.
- Agile certifications such as CSM and CSPO, or their equivalent.
- Experience in product management in payments, common services, and identity and access management.
- Experience in API development using SOAP or REST, JSON, and XML.
- Experience in API security, security standards, data encryption, and HSMs.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in global, highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience developing and executing product strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
