Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic marketing and growth initiatives for Visa do Brasil, with a strong focus on Public Issuers partnerships. This role goes beyond execution: it requires a business-driven mindset, combining sales acumen with marketing expertise to unlock new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and deliver measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to key clients, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives and goals. This position demands senior-level influence, ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and a proven track record in driving growth through integrated marketing and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

 

Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies that directly support client acquisition and portfolio expansion ,for major public sector banks.

Act as a Business Partner: Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, co-create value propositions, and influence decision-making at senior levels.

Lead High-Impact Initiatives: Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing programs that enhance Visa’s positioning and accelerate client business objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, internal leadership, and external partners, ensuring alignment and advocacy for Visa’s solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and market insights to optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and inform strategic recommendations.

Innovation & Thought Leadership: Introduce new approaches, challenge the status quo, and position Visa as a leading partner in digital transformation and payment innovation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

10+ years in marketing and/or commercial roles within Financial Services, Technology, or FinTech, ideally with exposure to public banking sector.

Demonstrated success in strategic account management, sales-driven marketing, and executive-level engagement.

Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence at C-suite level.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, data analytics, and customer-centric strategies.

English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
