Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Risk Consulting practice, with a focus on credit card products. This role requires a strong combination of strategic business acumen, analytical expertise, and proven experience delivering end-to-end product initiatives.

The selected candidate will lead complex consulting engagements, connecting risk strategies (credit and fraud) to clients' financial objectives, with a strong focus on sustainable growth, profitability, and value creation across the entire customer lifecycle.

This position involves close interaction with senior executives and requires the ability to structure and defend business cases, while leading the definition of strategies that integrate risk management, product development, and financial performance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Strong experience in financial services and risk management, with 10-15 years of experience and deep exposure to credit card products and end-to-end product initiatives
  • Deep expertise in credit risk and fraud prevention , with a comprehensive understanding of the payments customer lifecycle and its interaction with risk decisions
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities, including data modeling, risk tools, and knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Strategic business mindset, with the ability to connect risk, product, and financial performance (P&L) , and define growth and monetization strategies
  • Executive presence and leadership skills, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in complex and ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytics in day-to-day consulting activities, enhancing automation, insight generation, and decision-making efficiency
