Job Description
Visa is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join the Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) team, reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A Technology & Strategy. FSS manages Finance technology and tools in partnership with the CIT team and works closely with Finance Leadership to design the future architecture and drive the Finance Technology modernization roadmap.
As part of Visa’s Finance Velocity Office (FVO), this role supports initiatives that enable scalable growth, improve Finance operations, and deliver meaningful, sustainable change. The Sr. Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and the broader business to design, deliver, and optimize enterprise-wide Planning and Performance Management solutions on Oracle Cloud EPM, accelerating our path to a world-class finance function.
This role combines product management leadership, hands-on configuration expertise, and finance functional and data knowledge to enable standardized planning and reporting processes. This role will also explore and implement AI-driven capabilities within Oracle Cloud EPM to enhance predictive planning, scenario modeling, and decision support. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can execute with agility, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration across Finance, Technology, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product roadmap, requirements, and release strategy for Oracle Cloud EPM solutions aligned with FP&A transformation goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, using tools such as JIRA.
- Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Configure and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud modules including Planning, FreeForm, PCM, IPM, and Narrative Reporting.
- Implement metadata changes, business rules, calculation scripts, forms and dashboards.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and operational readiness for all releases.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams to understand planning cycles, reporting needs, and operational processes.
- Apply expertise in workforce planning, capital planning, Opex/project budgeting, revenue forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Design scalable solutions aligned with financial data models and reporting requirements.
- Partner with Planning COE, BI, DS&G, and CIT teams to deliver integrated solutions enabling FP&A transformation.
- Support planning cycle operations, troubleshoot issues, and lead root-cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Maintain solution documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and support runbooks.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Finance Technology or Enterprise Performance Management.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM or Hyperion configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, planning and forecasting methodologies, and data structures.
- Proven experience in product management, backlog management, and agile delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience delivering on large-scale finance system initiatives and operating in fast paced and iterative environments.
- Experience with AI capabilities within Oracle Cloud EPM or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Integration, and REST APIs.
- Prior experience in global finance organizations and SaaS product environments.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 149,800.00 to 240,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
