Job Description

Team Summary

The Global & Regional Tech Platforms team develops, launches, and scales new solutions in partnership with leading technology companies and regional platforms. Working closely with Visa's Product, Solutions, and other internal teams, we identify and pursue opportunities to deliver powerful value propositions that leverage the combined scale and reach of Visa and our technology partners. Our team focuses on both card-based and non-card solutions to shape the future of commerce.

The role is based in the Singapore Market Support Centre and reports to the Senior Director, Head of Regional Tech Partnerships, Asia Pacific.

What a Senior Manager– Regional Tech Partnerships does at Visa:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving Visa's growth and innovation agenda with our most strategic regional technology partners.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with regional technology companies and jointly build scaled solutions that unlock incremental revenue across card and non-card commerce.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions with a strong degree of technical depth to internal and external audiences.
  • Lead the development of the product roadmap to deliver solutions that meet consumer and seller needs, solve recognized problems, and address market gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Technology, Client Services, and Sales—to drive the discovery, solution design, build, testing, and launch of new products and solutions.
  • Support market teams in delivering on revenue targets by ensuring the timely delivery of offerings in close collaboration with regional technology platform companies.
  • Drive fintech business development to deliver incremental AANR (Annualized Net Revenue) through regional players.
  • Support venture investment initiatives that enable Visa to accelerate the delivery of new solutions, grow distribution, or build greater competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a focus in a business or technical field is preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant industry experience in commercial, consulting, and/or product management roles, preferably in the payments industry
  • Deep expertise in the payments industry, including deal arrangement, card-based payments, A2A (Account-to-Account) transfers, and local payment methods.
  • Experience working across multiple markets in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, end-to-end solution design and delivery with business partners, backed by strong program management skills.
  • A strong technical aptitude with the ability to comfortably lead discussions with engineering and product teams at technology-first companies.
  • Experience articulating compelling value propositions with strong technical depth across a portfolio of digital products.
  • A strong understanding of Visa's business and organization is highly preferred.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively inspires teams to aim for higher standards.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to navigate a globally matrixed environment.
  • A structured approach to work with a high attention to detail and quality, on both internal initiatives and external products brought to market.
  • Vision and passion for the payments industry, combined with high energy and intelligence.
