We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Manager, Solutions Development is responsible for defining, documenting, and maintaining Visa’s multi‑product solutions that address specific customer problems and needs, alongside associated data points. This solution mapping is a key input to Visa Sales Navigator, an internal tool that recommends the right set of Visa products and services for client opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of product knowledge, solution design, and internal sales enablement —ensuring that Visa’s global sales teams have clear, consistent, and actionable solution to drive commercial success.
This role focuses on creating structured, repeatable solutions that connect Visa’s product portfolio to market needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Definition & Documentation
- Define integrated, multi‑product solutions that address identified client needs, industry use cases, and market opportunities.
- Document solutions in the Visa Sales Navigator solution mapping, creating a structured, scalable format that can be easily consumed by Visa Sales Navigator and other internal tools.
- Ensure each solution includes clear value propositions, target customer profiles, required products, and other associated data points e.g. regional availability, VIK eligibility.
- Ensure solution accuracy through regular reviews with Product, business unit, GTM and regional stakeholders
- Leverage existing data sources to inform solution mapping e.g. product catalog. And continually seek to enhance product recommendations with additional key data points and logic.
Collaboration & Tool Enablement
- Partner with the Sales Navigator product team to ensure solution definitions are accurately represented and searchable in the tool.
- Support testing and validation of how solutions appear and function in Sales Navigator.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Sales Leaders, GTM and Marketing to gather input and align solutions with Visa’s strategic priorities.
- Incorporate feedback from sales teams to refine solution definitions and improve usability.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Define solution data requirements and standards by identifying data elements needed to power accurate product recommendations, analytics, and tool integrations (e.g., eligibility rules, dependencies, exclusions).
- Own solution data governance by establishing clear ownership, update cadences, approval workflows, and version control for solution-related data, ensuring consistency across products, regions, and internal tools.
- Ensure compliance and risk alignment by validating that solution data reflects approved usage, regulatory constraints, and internal policy requirements before publication in sales-facing tools.
- Manage data quality and integrity by proactively identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information and coordinating remediation with stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of solution logic, data definitions, assumptions, and dependencies to enable transparency, auditability, and long-term maintainability.
- Establish and maintain standards for solution documentation and lifecycle management.
- Monitor adoption and usage analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, solution development, or sales support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to define data requirements and apply structured data (e.g., product attributes, eligibility rules, regional constraints) to design coherent, solutions aligned to market and seller needs.
- Proven ability to apply data governance and documentation standards
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card processing, payment flows, and Visa’s core products and services
- Demonstrated experience of creation of solutions that align with customer needs and industry best practices, as well as solution selling.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple products into a single coherent solution.
- Strong written communication skills for translating product capabilities into clear, commercially relevant narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and content management systems.
- Understanding of how to apply market insights and client needs to solution design.
- Experience working with structured taxonomies and metadata for content tagging.
- Knowledge and experience working with Visa’s data systems
- Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) is a plus
