Job Description

Join Visa's Value Added Services Marketing team as a Senior Manager, Solution Marketing, with a focus on Visa Open Banking and related solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to combine solution marketing and partner marketing expertise to craft compelling value propositions, enable sellers, and lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners. We are seeking a go-getter with the ability to balance strategy and execution, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging value propositions that translate complex technical capabilities into compelling stories.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with financial institutions, fintechs, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive demand, referrals, and sell-through.
  • Support seller enablement with tools, training, and campaign assets.
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and direct channels.
  • Define audience segments, personas, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign and partner performance using data-driven insights.
  • Orchestrate product launches with coordinated internal and partner communications.
  • Cultivate strong partner relationships through regular engagement, strategic reviews, and collaborative planning.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in solution marketing, partner marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven success in leading co-marketing programs and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience enabling sales teams with effective messaging and tools.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
  • Data-driven approach to optimizing marketing programs.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
