Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for APAC incentives, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of required submissions.
  • Partner with country finance teams to review forecast inputs, validate assumptions, and provide constructive feedback to help improve accuracy.
  • Conduct detailed analysis on incentives performance and variances, highlighting key risks and opportunities, and providing management with clear, objective insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the development of clear and concise storylines for business reviews by translating analytical findings into well-structured materials and presentations.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of forecasting processes by identifying areas for streamlining, supporting process improvements, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support for ad‑hoc requests, ensuring findings are well‑synthesized and communicated in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field, with 10+ years of relevant post‑qualification experience. Pricing and deals management experience is an added advantage
  • Resourceful self‑starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to present data clearly to support decision-making.
  • Skilled in data visualization and managing large datasets, with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi‑task, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
