The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous, double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand to bring payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe. Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients and Governments. We work closely with Financial Institutions, Issuers, Merchants, Fintech and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the market is at an inflection point whereby Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world. Our focus within Commercial Solutions is to identify needs, assess opportunities and options and quickly act upon our vision while ensuring strong execution.

What a Senior Manager does at Visa:
The Senior Manager will play a key role in leading stakeholder management and operational excellence in onboarding members onto the trade payment platform, managing stakeholders, and overseeing Global Trade Payment Platform (GTPP) operations. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in sales, payments, and excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets, addressing their inquiries.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with Korean exporters to motivate their registration for GTPP.
- Assist in organizing both local and overseas events alongside various internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic discussions with a variety of internal stakeholders, business partners, and clients.
- Engage with external Payment Gateway (PG) partners and acquirers to drive business growth
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for system enhancements and troubleshooting
- Resolve errors and facilitate the onboarding process for new issuing participants on the platform.
- Connect Korean exporters with buyers and facilitate market expansion
- Create and manage promotional materials for Korean exporters, buyers and partners
- Liaise with internal teams for acquirer/PG deals and promotional campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and support program managers in system coordination
- Communicate regular updates to internal and external partners
- Gather feedback from different markets and coordinate improvements
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.

Qualifications
What you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in payment industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects
- Fluency in Korean and English
What will also help:
- Experience with PG or similar organizations is a plus.
- Background in IT within the payments and card industry
- Experience working at a bank or financial institution, with a focus on Trade Loans
