Visa Commercial Solutions helps organisations of all sizes manage payments, working capital and employee engagement more effectively. Our commercial platforms power seamless B2B payments, expense management and benefits delivery across sectors including fleet, travel and employee benefits.
We are growing our Employee Benefits business in Europe and are looking for a Senior Manager to help build and scale strategic partnerships with leading benefit providers and HR platforms.

Pipeline management: Build and maintain a clear, structured pipeline of Employee Benefits opportunities. Own CRM updates, provide regular leadership visibility and help move opportunities through each stage of the deal lifecycle.
Client co‑creation: Work directly with strategic clients to understand workforce needs and co‑develop benefits propositions that help people save, spend and borrow effectively. Facilitate workshops, gather feedback and refine concepts with Visa product teams.
Internal advocacy: Represent client and market perspectives within Visa Commercial Solutions by sharing insight on trends, partner opportunities and strategic considerations through presentations and cross‑functional sessions.
End‑to‑end delivery: Guide partners and clients from early exploration and solution design through evaluation, contracting and launch, before transitioning relationships to account teams for ongoing management.
Performance optimisation: Define KPIs for benefit partnerships and monitor performance post‑launch, using data‑driven insights to improve propositions and drive adoption across target segments.
Product innovation: Collaborate with product and technology teams to evolve Visa’s digital‑first benefits solutions beyond traditional card‑based offerings.
