Job Description

What it's all about

Visa Value-Added Services (VAS) is seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Senior Analyst, Deal Management to support sales opportunities across Europe. This role plays a key part in enabling commercial success by partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, build business cases, structure deals, and support governance and approvals.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Legal to help drive growth, accelerate deal execution, and deliver value to clients. The role combines strong financial and analytical skills with commercial acumen and offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions while supporting some of Visa's most important growth initiatives.

As part of the VAS Deal Management team, you will contribute to the development of scalable processes, best practices, and innovative solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and enhance commercial outcomes across the region.

What we expect of you, day to day

  • Support VAS sales opportunities across Europe by providing pricing, financial analysis, and commercial deal support for issuers, acquirers, payment facilitators, merchants, and other partners.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Legal teams to develop competitive commercial proposals and accelerate deal execution.
  • Build financial models, pricing analyses, and business cases to support deal structuring, negotiations, and management approvals.
  • Coordinate deal reviews and approvals in line with established governance processes and policies.
  • Analyze commercial opportunities and recommend pricing and deal structure options that balance client needs with business objectives.
  • Support the preparation of customer-facing business cases, pricing proposals, and internal approval materials.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance deal processes, governance, reporting, and seller enablement through automation, simplification, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develop and maintain deal playbooks, best practices, and knowledge repositories to drive consistency and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Deal Management teams to share insights, support strategic initiatives, and improve commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

What we're after...

  • Experience in Deal Management, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Finance, Sales Strategy, Revenue Management, or a related commercial function.
  • Strong financial modeling, pricing analysis, business case development, and commercial problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting complex commercial opportunities and partnering with Sales teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, seniority levels, and geographies.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to execution.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on accountability, business impact, and shared success.
  • Knowledge of payments, fintech, Visa products, and/or Value-Added Services solutions is considered an advantage.
