Job Description
The ProdOps team is responsible for all operational management of one of Pismo's largest products, the migration product. This includes planning and executing the migration process from end-to-end. The team currently consists of four people (Senior Manager + 3 Consultants), working collaboratively and in shifts to ensure successful migration processing and a smooth experience for the clients/teams involved.
What you will do:
- Support customer migration process, define timeline, and management of all migrations process
- Support Product Operational team and squads to solve operational issues
- Work closely with the Engineering Team to identify operations issues and bring them to the squads to improve the products and features
- Be the key person to support the efficiency between engineering, product, and customers
- Development support materials and documentation about the product business and processes that involve the operation process
- Help the Product, Implementation and Engineering Team to support the customer implementation
- Work closely with the customers and IT Governance team to support the Product Manager on customer cards
- Building and iterating systems that inform the tech team of key user issues and seeing through their resolutions
- Summarizing trends and themes from feature requests, support tickets, and churn reasons
- Compiling reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches to share with internal stakeholders
- Support feature development and maintenance projects within the product, engineering, and design teams
- Gather and analyze product data, surfacing relevant teams to inform the direction and understanding of key features

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of payments background
- Strong SQL, Database, Jira, AI and measurement tools knowledge
- Data driven thinking
- Critical thinking, excellent collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with one team and across multiple teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise, and adaptable to the appropriate audience in a business environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, reporting, and development of data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions
- Willingness to work varied hours (working in different times/shifts)
- A mix of Product and Technology skills
- Advanced English Level
- Spanish and Phyton are a plus
