The Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join the Visa Direct Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or related fields who wants to deepen expertise in a global, high-growth payments environment. You’ll support go-to-market activities for Visa Direct and related products, working closely with senior team members to deliver research, insights, and marketing content that drive product adoption and client engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will play a key role in connecting product strategy to marketing execution, ensuring our solutions resonate with clients and deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Co-ordinate GTM plans for product launches pulling together multiple teams
- Create product and audience specific intel, marketing messaging, value propositions and narratives
- Develop marketing content to support global and regional teams
- Coordinate and drive research and deliver plans and materials to support dissemination of findings internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in B2B product marketing, product management, or related roles
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to craft positioning, messaging, and content for B2B audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment across timezones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech, b2b payments, or fintech
Experience working in a matrixed organisation
