Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Manager, VSPS, Network Products (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to:

  1. Input into the product vision and strategy for Visa Stop Payment Service (VSPS).
  2. Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle including impact analysis, requirements gathering, technical designs reviews, prepare and be responsible for client documentation preparation to ensure accuracy and quality, and engage with internal and external partners on the delivered enhancement(s).
  3. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and launch.
  4. Gather and analyze customer feedback and track product performance using key metrics to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
  5. Develop strategies for scaling the product to new markets and customer segments, and identify opportunities for revenue acceleration through partnerships, upselling, and new feature enhancements.
  6. Support new business growth by providing pre and post sales product support to prospective clients, especially those working with the VSPS APIs.
  7. This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
  8. Position reports to the Austin, TX office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related product manager, business analyst or software engineer occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related product manager, business analyst or software engineer occupation.

Worksite: Austin, TX

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $143,200.00 to $229,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
