Job Description

The European Consumer Solutions team is responsible for optimizing and driving the growth of Visa’s consumer core products aligned closely to the Visa 2030 strategy and the European regional scorecard (including revenue and profitability outcomes). The team requires individuals who bring a solutions-centric mindset, product expertise and a relentless focus on execution as we architect new solutions and customer propositions for European clients and partners.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our Engagement Platforms team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, preferably within the payments or financial services sector. You will play a pivotal role in analysing business requirements, improving processes, and supporting the design and implementation of solutions that drive consumer interactions and streamline benefit redemptions. You will oversee the development and implementation of our digital engagement strategy, optimising platform delivery and ensuring strategic alignment at Market, European, and Global levels.

This role reports to the Director, Consumer Core Product Management in Europe. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with technology and benefit suppliers.
  • Develop long-term business objectives and product roadmaps ensuring robust governance and risk management processes.
  • Translate business needs into documentation, assist with deployment and support testing activities, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Represent engagement platforms with clients and markets, including product ideation.
  • Identify experience innovation and collaborate with local and European Premium product management lead and conduct data analysis.
  • Address potential issues and risks related to implementations and platform enhancements.
  • Partner with Global Teams to support global digital benefits platform build and future-proof European platforms

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the payments industry.
  • Curious and inquisitive problem solver with the ability to simplify complex issues and remove commercial/technical barriers to execution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work creatively and independently.
  • Knowledge of website and/or App build and client integration/interactions.
  • Good understanding of the payments, benefits, and/or rewards landscape.
  • Strong commercial acumen, data management, and analytics skills.
  • Passion for customer experience, benefits, and/or rewards.
  • Solid understanding of modern technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud solutions, system integrations, data flows).
  • Proficiency with project management and associated documentation tools.
