Job Description

About the team

Tink was founded in 2012, and a decade later became part of Visa in 202. Tink was created with the aim of changing the banking industry for the better. We have built Europe’s most robust open banking platform – with the broadest, deepest connectivity and powerful services that create value out of the financial data. We offer the tools that allow anyone – from big banks and fintech to startups – to build the future of financial services across Europe.

The Data & Risk product family has a clear mission: transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that empower institutions to make smarter decisions and consumers to improve their financial health. We are a tightly knit team of product managers, backend and frontend engineers, platform architects and data scientists working towards enabling data-driven decisions.

What you will do
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive our Core Enrichment platform – a critical set of backend services that power how transaction data is ingested, enriched, categorised, and made usable across products and markets. This platform supports our full data enrichment, personal finance management (PFM) and risk product suite.

By building robust, scalable, and well-designed platform services, you will enable product teams across Tink to deliver exceptional value to customers and end users.
Responsibilities :

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the Core Enrichment platform, balancing customer needs, technical debt, scalability requirements and longer-term product direction
  • Collaborate with other product teams consuming these capabilities to understand their needs and translate them into platform and categorization requirements
  • Define and track success metrics related to categorization quality, platform adoption, reliability, scalability and security
  • Work closely with backend engineers and data science to define requirements for categorization logic, transaction models, and enrichment behavior
  • Create clear documentation and product guidance to explain categorization behavior, constraints, and expected outcomes to internal stakeholders Lead and support the refactoring of our services to ensure that the Core Enrichment platform is robust and scalable to match our product ambition
  • Balance competing priorities from multiple stakeholders while maintaining platform stability and forward progress

Qualifications

  • We are looking for a product manager who is interested in working with data‑driven and platform‑oriented products, and who is motivated to grow their ownership over time. • Comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and system behaviour with engineers, technical background preferred
  • Experience working with categorization, classification, rules‑based logic, or enrichment systems is a plus
  • Experience working with backend, data, or platform‑adjacent products
  • Familiarity with shared platform concepts such as internal consumers, dependencies, and reusable components
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage platform roadmaps
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills: you’ll create technical and stakeholder documentation for system behavior, decisions, and changes
  • Data-driven decision-making approach with experience defining and tracking platform metrics
  • Experience in financial services, PFM, or transaction‑based products is beneficial but not required
