Job Description
Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class organization responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments, from SMBs to the largest global corporations. The Core Products and Platforms team (LMM and SMB) is part of VCS and works closely with financial institutions and fintechs to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, public sector entities, and small businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the product development and management of a suite of products, encompassing core products such as Fleet, Travel, Purchasing, Virtual Cards, Small Business, as well as new B2B payment offerings and emerging verticals such as Employee Benefits, providing innovative payment capabilities that exceed client expectations.
The Product Manager, B2B Payments Product Management, plays a crucial role in delivering a highly strategic next generation payment solution designed to capture new B2B spend and displace legacy payment methods such as EFT, ACH, Check and Wire. This next generation solution will deliver differentiated value through a suite of integrated, value-added solution components that address client pain points and unlock new use cases.
This Product Manager role is responsible for executing product roadmaps and building repeatable go to market plans to accelerate business growth and drive successful outcomes. The position is accountable for delivering new capabilities and ensuring successful implementations with key platform and BPSP partners, in close collaboration with Segment, Product, Tech and Marketing teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product owner with the ability to execute effective product management frameworks, with strong project management skills. This role requires innovative thinking, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and excellent project skills. He/she is creative and hands-on, with a bias towards action.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Management and Development:
- Execute and complete assigned B2B projects aligned within the product strategy and the suite of products
- Create, plan, organize, and execute structured project plans to deliver assignments across product development, go-to-market, and commercialization
- Collaborate with regional partners and Segment team to understand and translate customer and market needs into product solutions that deliver substantial value propositions, taking into account voice of customer feedback and market priorities
- Define and prioritize product features and collaborate with global platform owners as well as core technology teams on the planning, prioritization and execution of the product roadmaps
- Support and deliver planning and reporting across the Next Gen and Core Product Team portfolios, including tracking key success metrics
- Prepare and/or support preparation of presentation materials for business reviews, executive leadership updates, management events, and team meetings

- Collaborate with global and regional partners, as well as sales and business development functions to deliver global go-to-market frameworks for regional stakeholders to customize for market and/or partner specific go-to-market strategy development
- Project manage and coordinate go-to-market with product, sales, and marketing to ensure successful rollouts
- Support value proposition development and differentiation of the relevant products and solutions
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or financial services
• 3-4 years project management experience and/or PMI/PMP certification
• 2-4 years of commercial payments experience most likely found in financial services, payment networks, payment providers
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment
• Track record of stakeholder management across technical, legal, compliance, marketing, and operational functions
• Experience working with legal and regulatory teams, particularly on financial regulations, digital assets, or compliance matters
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for executive leadership
• Experience with governance processes, including steering committees, executive reviews, and regulatory reporting
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Passion for innovation in financial technology and an interest in shaping the future of digital payments
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
• Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 131,600 to 190,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
