Job Description

The Product Manager is part of the Risk Global Product team, responsible for the technical delivery and execution of various risk and authentication products including network certifications with domestic payment networks, 3DS Servers, and EMVCo. This role manages ongoing support and 3DS certification maintenance across multiple card schemes worldwide, which is vital to our core business and to maintain our position as the dominant thought leader in the digital authentication space, along with other product feature enhancements and initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop product strategy and business requirements for new features or products related to managed card network connections, 3DS servers, and EMVCo refinement and adoption.
  • Execute communication strategies into a repeatable process to deliver key messages about upcoming network program changes and effectively routes internally to many diverse functional stakeholders
  • Conduct advanced specification and bulletin announcement analysis.
  • Actively seek network and market input data as a source of product alignment with network program insights through Product Managers, Client Success Teams, industry news and network product teams
  • Lead working sessions and story mapping to assess gaps, roadblock, and bottlenecks within the prioritization of network program requirements and commitments to deliver
  • Lead  planning sessions to define strategic, operational, and organizational processes and documents and elevates business processes as needed 
  • Provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, most often between engineering, key management and security, operations and support through Agile ceremonies and core principles
  • Leads continuous improvement of network program rule oversight, certification team functions and product post-commercialization
  • Create, maintain, and monitor sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders at Cardinal, Visa, and other network partners
  • Analyze and drive strategic improvements, including increasing the success of existing network connections to managing new key performance metrics and future third-party network connections against department priorities and features
  • Responsible for team initiatives and individual team member growth that includes new hire training and onboarding to the team leading to the success of team dynamics
  • Oversight of multiple project streams and delegation of tasks to team members while measuring KPIs to ensure timelines are met

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree 
Have a unique blend of business and be technically savvy, understanding of API, Authorization/SSO and microservices.
Comprehends and can leverage industry or market segment data and trends and can strategically prioritize projects against core functions
Delegates and adapts tasks, priorities, and behaviors in response to stakeholder buy-in and obtains commitments to gain prioritization of network changes
Fosters trust and accountability with others across the organization
Critical thinking with impact assessment capabilities
