Job Description
The Product Associate will be a part of the Issuing squad to ensure end-to-end product fulfilment for new-to-bank credit applications and provide general project support. This role plays a key coordination function across Product, Operations and Onboarding, ensuring applications progress smoothly post-KYC including general project, product and delivery support for the programme.
Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor credit card and personal loan applications to ensure product fulfilment is completed.
- Coordinate product fulfilment activities across teams.
- Project documentation, analysis and improvement of application drop‑off points.
- Assist with backlog support, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Act as a point of coordination between Product, Operations, and Onboarding.
- Support design of simplified customer journeys while meeting CCCFA and lending obligations.
- Ongoing product , project and delivery support.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in product support, operations, or delivery coordination.
- Understanding of lending or onboarding processes.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Adept at using pivot tables and other tools to present data that can drive decision-making.
- Banking or financial services experience preferred.
