Job Description
You will support the France Country Manager with daily administrative tasks, calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and smooth office operations. You’ll prepare documents, handle communication, and act as a central point of coordination across teams.
You will also organise France-based events, manage logistics, and support celebrations and employee recognition activities with Facilities, Communications, SCO, and HR.
We’re looking for someone with experience in personal assistance or office management, fluent in French and English, highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident in Microsoft Office. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, multitask with ease, and stay calm under pressure. Experience in event coordination or corporate support is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the France Country Manager
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, agendas, and ensure smooth communication across teams
- Handle office operations, logistics, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organise France-based events, including logistics, room bookings, catering, and attendee communication
- Assist with celebrations, employee recognition, and gift coordination in partnership with Facilities, Communications, SCO, and HR
- Maintain high professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative roles such as personal assistance, office management, project and event coordination
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Background in business administration, finance, or hospitality is a plus (not mandatory)
