We are seeking a Payments Consulting & Implementation Manager to drive and support the successful delivery of complex client facing card and payment initiatives for Visa’s clients across the Nordics. We are looking for someone who is confident, outspoken, and highly skilled in communication—both written and spoken. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and presenting complex ideas in a clear and compelling way. A sales-oriented mindset is essential, as you will identify opportunities to create value for clients and position Visa’s solutions as the best fit for their needs.

Drawing on your knowledge of card schemes, payment rails, and digital payment innovations, you will bring industry best practices, structured delivery approaches, and thought leadership to ensure every project achieves measurable impact.
What you’ll do

- Drive delivery excellence, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster collaboration across multiple teams and initiatives to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with Visa Consulting counterparts and other Visa business units, leveraging expertise and best practices to deliver maximum client value.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Provide thought leadership on the future of payments and retail banking, contributing to strategic discussions and innovation.
- Collaborate with Visa Hub teams to leverage best practices, share insights, and deliver added value to clients.
