Job Description

Visa’s Processing and Network Products team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead initiatives in Payment Credential Processing.

You will be part of the Payment Credentials Processing group within Processing and Network Products. Our team is focused on the platform enhancements needed to enable processing of modern consumer and commercial credentials. We are part of the broader Platform and Product Management organization which is responsible for driving the way we innovate, design, build, and release products to our customers.

As a Product Manager in this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance the lifecycle management of payment credentials—critical to Visa’s Consumer, Digital, and Authentication services. You will have projects across these service areas leveraging VisaNet to distribute new capabilities for across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and payment service providers.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, architecture, UX, risk, and compliance), external partners, and global cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution. You will also engage with clients and partners to co-create solutions, prototype new capabilities, and bring pilots to market.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Knowledge of consumer payments, digital wallets, or other financial services or banking products is a plus.
  • Experience leading cross functional processes within large, global, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including structured writing, presentation development, and cross functional alignment.
  • Collaborate deeply with-in product and other cross-functional teams such as development, architecture, testing, integration, design, etc.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust among regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strong organizal skills

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 146,200 to 233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
