Job Description
Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Coordination:
- Support annual planning consolidating client priorities, performance data, and insights.
- Coordinate planning inputs with Country Managers and Account leads
- Maintain regional planning trackers, calendars, and shared documentation.
- Assist in preparing planning presentations for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for multiple clients across South Africa and Southern Africa.
- Identify client growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, client performance, and consumer insights, and highlight where Visa’s solutions can add value.
- Manage client feedback cycles and ensure timely, accurate communication across client portfolios.
- Guide clients on using Visa’s marketing frameworks, toolkits, and best‑practice digital marketing.
Marketing Program Execution:
- Drive execution of marketing activities including creative reviews, media coordination, localization of assets, and campaign rollout support.
- Assist with digital campaign setups and optimizations with agencies and Visa’s digital teams.
- Prepare client briefs, program updates, campaign reports, and post‑campaign reviews.
- Ensure all work is delivered consistently across different market contexts.
Cross‑Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Account Leads, and cross functions teams across projects
- Use regional/global tools, playbooks, and best‑practice assets.
- Support multi‑market governance processes and adoption of Visa Project Central.
Reporting & Insights:
- Track KPIs and performance across all assigned markets.
- Produce multi‑market performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify insights that inform market‑specific or cluster‑wide improvements.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Manage workflows, timelines, and vendor coordination across multiple markets.
- Maintain templates, folders, and processes that support multi‑market efficiency.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree & 4–6+ years of marketing experience (digital preferred).
Strong hands on digital marketing experience with major platforms (Meta, Google).
Experience managing multi market or multi client projects is beneficial.
Strong client facing capabilities and ability to support engagements with senior stakeholders.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Client Partnership: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and support client decision‑making.
