Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate pre-campaign plans by analyzing historical performance, benchmarks, and measurement considerations.
- Partner with Insights & Analytics in development of business cases by structuring relevant data and articulating the strategic rationale on expected campaign performance outcomes.
- Translate post-campaign analyses from Insights & Analytics into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders
- Set up, maintain and track OKR’s KPI’s for marketing initiatives, including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Engage media agencies to track and analyze campaign effectiveness across digital, paid media, social, CRM, and offline channels

- Support the marketing learning agenda - ensuring test-and-learn analysis informs future direction for continuous campaign optimization and marketing effectiveness
- Partner with the Insights & Analytics team to apply appropriate measurement frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and decision-ready summaries for the Marketing team/leadership reviews
- Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Present findings in a concise and practical way to support decision-making across marketing initiatives.
- Promote disciplined and consistent use of measurement standards and reporting frameworks with relevant teams.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ experience in marketing planning, project management, statistics, economics, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong experience with digital marketing channels and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic media, CRM/email)
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Ability to translate data-driven insights into clear business recommendations
- Fluency in AI-powered productivity and operations tools, with the ability to identify and apply AI solutions to improve workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Hight attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
