Job Description
Team Summary
The Hong Kong & Macau Marketing team is responsible for creating and implementing all B2C and B2B marketing strategies to uplift the Visa brand equity in both geographical locations across all key stakeholders, such as consumers, businesses, clients, and partners. The team is passionate about the brand and dedicated in supporting key growth priorities. This role is accountable for the strategic planning and execution of the Brand, Visa Solutions, and partner marketing activities within the market.
What a Marketing Manager, VAS (Value-Added Service) does at Visa:
The Marketing Manager (Value-Added Service) is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing marketing solutions that provide added value to clients and partners. This role acts as a strategic advisor, driving adoption of VAS offerings and ensuring measurable impact on business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget for clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop business and marketing recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners, including briefing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Plan and execute B2B and B2C campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Manage creative development, media planning, and event activations and sponsorships.
- Analyze campaign results, report progress, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies in campaign execution.

Qualifications
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong background in project management.
- Proven success in B2C and B2B marketing, including integrated marketing campaign management, partnerships, sponsorships and effective media communications.
- Experience in agency and stakeholder management.
- Strong budgeting, timeline, and resource management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese preferred.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience working with banks, fintechs, or financial services clients.
- Digital savvy with a strong understanding of online platforms, tools and social.
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and creatively, while maintaining attention to detail.
