Job Description

The Manager will lead data-driven marketing initiatives:

  • ​Design and oversee the successful execution of integrated B2C and B2B campaign activations, across multiple channels, including digital, social, OOH, experiential/event and point-of-sale
  • ​Coordinate communication with sales, legal, product, creative, experiential & media agencies and implement high-impact programs on-time and on-budget.
  • ​Optimize Visa Consumer and Commercial Marketing platforms/initiatives for clients to establish and deepen client relationships.
  • ​Leverage Visa’s iconic sponsorship platforms (NFL, Olympics, FIFA World Cup), as appropriate, to achieve client and Visa’s objectives.
  • ​Lead the measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results.
  • ​Develop and manage marketing contracts.
  • ​Budget management and financial discipline for all campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record across consumer marketing, social media strategy, and brand management.
  • Consumer Insights: Proven ability to leverage consumer research, data analysis, and market insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Extensive experience in end-to-end campaign execution, integrating creative development and media planning with a primary focus on digital and social platforms.
  • Partnerships & Talent: Demonstrated experience managing high-profile sponsorships, including intellectual property (IP) rights and talent/influencer management.
  • Event Management: Expertise in producing consumer-facing and industry events designed to bridge the gap between the brand, its users, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Growth & Performance: Proficiency in performance or growth marketing, with a deep understanding of marketing analytics, metric measurement, and experimentation frameworks to drive incremental impact at scale.
  • Strategic Reputation Management: Solid understanding of the fintech and payment landscape, with the ability to partner effectively with Policy and Communications teams to execute strategies that safeguard brand reputation.
