Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented professional to support Marketing and Revenue Operations within the Client Marketing team. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, a marketing mindset, and the ability to work seamlessly with internal stakeholders and clients. This role is critical in driving execution excellence, budget discipline, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Delivery:
- Maintain project plans, documentation, communication cadences, stakeholder updates, and risk logs.
- Develop and manage presentations, proposals, and business decks for both internal and client-facing engagements.
- Ensure effective collaboration and alignment across clients and cross-functional teams.
- Support marketing programs with an analytical lens—review data, identify insights, and contribute to planning and performance tracking.
- Drive structured execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Operational Ownership:
- Manage end-to-end client marketing budgets with accuracy and compliance.
- Work with finance tools such as Q:be, Ariba, Oracle, and similar systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
- Partner with Finance and Procurement to track budgets, vendor engagements, spend approvals, and operating expenses.
- Support marketing and revenue operations processes across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
- Identify gaps, streamline workflows, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth operational coordination by proactively anticipating needs and resolving bottlenecks.
Ideal Candidate:
A structured, operationally strong professional who can own both program delivery and operational processes end‑to‑end while contributing to a high‑performing client marketing team.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, client marketing, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of marketing processes, financial controls, and operational workflows.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Q:be, Ariba, Oracle, or related platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and business data.
Highly proactive, adaptable, detail oriented, and eager to learn.
